Anyone use them for reselling? ... I'm not too concerned about hand-holding, just reliability, uptime, support when you need it (i.e. when it's their fault :-) Thanks,

Have you tried doing a search? I've never heard of them but there are probably users here that use them. http://www.findmyhosting.com/listallplans.asp?host=6247 > Click Here To Review Ratings Posted (shows feedback/comments also) Their uptime is pretty good. 99.5% and up range.

Do they offer a money back guarantee? If so, its basically risk free. Just make sure you can get ahold of them before plunging into any service openings.

It's very far from being risk free. If paid by Paypal, you can't even dispute the charge. Basically, there's nothing forcing providers to honor their moneyback guarantees. If they're honest, they will, if they aren't, you're not seeing that money again (usually).

Yup I guess your right. Couldn't have been said better. Get reviews on the providers you have a list for and make sure you can contact them on numerous occassions. Anthony, now that you mention that...that really is a shame. Granted the plan may only be $5 - $15 bucks (the principle of the whole thing) it's still a lose. Guess that's why this industry is going no where now a days. It's the big guys now....and forever.

Make sure that you are comfortable with what ever you choose with less background of the company.
