Lypha Customer Support???
Posted by tlinu, 08-27-2006, 04:31 PM | I am having a reseller account with Lypha.
Just a 2 hour before, one of my resold account user's public_html was deleted automatically.
I we approcahed Lypha through ICQ The person who told us to wait is now in Away Status. It has been more than One Hour now. I have also sent a Support Ticket.
I tried to call their UK and USA telephone support number. Both numbers are responded by Voice Mail System.
I want to get a Live Support. My issue is a serious matter.
Meanwhile is it possible to restore the public_html from server side? Any anyway some other way to apprach Lypha to get a immediate resonponse?
Your help is appreciated

Have you tried opening a support ticket? https://support.lypha.com/helpdesk/

I checked again. It was the same. So I sent them a screen picture of what I am seeing here.
They responded latter. They have restored the Public_html folder
Still I am facing the Problem. I am not able to open the Public_html folder. when I click on it, it just retrun to the home directory
