Posted by SolarVPS|Justin, 04-03-2009, 07:10 PM
Greetings! We are currently aware of a network outage in some of our servers located in the Interserver datacenter in Meadowlands/Secacus, New Jersey. We are already in touch with our contacts at Interserver and are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Once we have more information on this outage, we will be sure to update this topic with the latest information. If you are hosted with Solar VPS and are in need of support regarding this outage once the servers come back up, please contact support@solarvps.com. Just as a note, this outage is not related to the maintenance window we have scheduled for April 7th. Thank you for your patience while we work to get everyone back online ASAP!

Power has now been restored to most of our hostnodes. We are in the process of bringing each of those individual hostnodes back up as quickly as we can, and ensuring that all of the containers on each hostnode are running properly. Two of our Linux hostnodes are in the process of making a filesystem check, after which they should be coming back online. Thanks to all for your patience!

I'm happy to announce that all of our nodes are now back online. We experienced a slight issue with one node and decided to migrate everyone on that node over to a newly built system, which was unfortunately fairly time consuming. We'd like to thank everyone for their patience in the matter! This is certainly a very undesirable circumstance for all customers and providers alike. Thanks to all!

The recurring outage at Interserver's TEB2 has unfortunately resulted in the recurrence of this issue, and three of our boxes are currently down. Fortunately, power has since been restored to these boxes. We are working to bring these servers back up as soon as possible. Thanks!
