Jaguar Reseller

Posted by WildFire Host, 07-13-2006, 02:10 AM
I am looking to start a small low-key reseller company. I was looking at Jaguar PC. They seem to have good plans and costs. Can anyone give me any input on this reseller?

JaguarPC have been around for a while...I think over 6-7 years. And I personally have not seen many -ve post here in WHT. It doesn't mean that they are very reliable but hey..as they say...no news is good news right Good luck with your search. And keep us posted if you have found a host. Cheers, Roi

I have an account with them they are pretty solid. From the support side they are outstanding - very quick with responses. I had some bad luck with a server they had but that has been resolved and we have been moved (actually all the customers) on that server has been moved to a new server. So, in general on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being best I'd give them a 4.

I sent several emails to them ( sales departament ) and i get rapid answer very good !!! but the don`t offers Rvskin ( only in VPS +2us$ add on) and don`t include any billing systems for resellers ( clientexec / whmautopilot / etc )

We resell rvskin, we can certainly set it up on our own reseller servers if you like. Thats not a problem at all. As for billing systems theres a few included in the whm+ fantastico setup but your correct, not clientexec or whma. We do however have one you can use and help us bring the first release. Right now it would work but we technically have the "beta" tag on it until a few more features and weeks of testing is done. You can download it for free and if your a client just contact me for a license to run it. http://www.devpond.com/forum/ You'll find the link to download it and other info there. Its based off of the same technology we use for ourselves on our own custom solution. Its going to be our contribution to the hosting world.

I've heard good things about them as well. Best of luck in your new reseller venture.

I just signed up with JPC less than a week ago. Setup was fast and painless and they answer all my support tickets normally in about 10-15 minutes! The live chat help is also pretty good too, if you get a tech rep instead of a sales.
