I had some bad luck with a server they had but that has been resolved and we have been moved (actually all the customers) on that server has been moved to a new server. So, in general on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being best I'd give them a 4.

and don`t include any billing systems for resellers

As for billing systems theres a few included in the whm+ fantastico setup but your correct, not clientexec or whma. We do however have one you can use and help us bring the first release. Right now it would work but we technically have the "beta" tag on it until a few more features and weeks of testing is done. You can download it for free and if your a client just contact me for a license to run it. http://www.devpond.com/forum/ You'll find the link to download it and other info there.
Its based off of the same technology we use for ourselves on our own custom solution. Its going to be our contribution to the hosting world.

| Posted by cwncool, 07-15-2006, 12:04 PM | | I just signed up with JPC less than a week ago. Setup was fast and painless and they answer all my support tickets normally in about 10-15 minutes! The live chat help is also pretty good too, if you get a tech rep instead of a sales.
