if not, i'd say "i don't think so."
don't believe people here who think you can't get good hosting for a reasonable price. hell for that amount, buy a full managed VPS with 100% network uptime guarantee, and get tons more for the buck.

I have reseller accounts at Sonet7 (owned by Liquid Web) and SJRhosting (SoftLayer datacenter in Dallas) and they are both excellent. Customer service (should you need it) is amazingly fast and uptime exceeds 99.9%.

$12/month is more reasonable.
