I usually browse the reseller hosting offers forum. A couple days ago I came across a thread that said 'we'll match any advertised price'. I can't link to it cause I don't have 5 posts yet..... but you can't miss it .
So the first thing I did was check out the website to see what was offered, what type of support, and contact options. It looked pretty good, so I decided to give 'em the old email test. I promptly received a reply from Mike, and he said he would indeed match any advertised offer. I sent him a link to another thread in the reseller hosting offers section, and shortly thereafter he sent me a link to sign up for a plan with the same specs/price as the one I sent him. I was off and running .
Initially Mike answered my support questions, but I decided to try out his support staff. I bombarded them with questions, asked for private nameservers to be set up, asked for software to be upgraded, etc... And to my delight, my emails were answered within minutes with the requests already taken care of !! I even got a reply at 8pm on Easter Sunday !! Now that's great customer service.
I've only been with TurbulentMedia for a couple days, but I have put them to the test. So far I am extremely impressed with the server speed and customer service. All my requests have been met, and if this keeps up, they will have a long term client .
