Root SSH Access Denied but stil works
Posted by joshuayip, 09-12-2011, 10:39 AM | Hello
I am new to VPS and Linux administration and WHM (with many more menu options). I have gotten my root access. Using putty, I tried logging in. I dont notice having this issue before I restored my reseller Cpanel account. Now when I login using putty, I am seeing Access Denied before the pwd prompt. After I enter the password, it lets me in and everything seems working.
Is there anything wrong here?
