Cheap Reseller?

Looking for the cheapest reseller plan possible without being too grungy and having alot of downtime, any recommendations?

I think now his need more on feedback due to nightmare on downtime problem

If your looking for the "cheapest" then your going to get the "cheapest" service with downtime. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Resellerzoom is by far good and cheapest. 2 GB/ 30 GB transfer - 4.95!. I'm using it for all of my sites. Thought they have server problem twice and had to restore backup in 1 year but overall not bad.
