| Posted by rumi, 12-24-2005, 05:27 PM | | Well, The quality depends upon re-seller himself/herself as well, If re-seller has a proper knowledge of server and its specs he/she won't be complaining about the fault which comes sometime in the servers. HSP like us try our hard to make 24/7 100% uptime, but sometimes we have to reboot the server, in this month we had a downtime of 20 minutes because of centOS being upgraded and DirectAdmin been updated, the kernel failed to recognize the NIC card but we replaced that within 20 mins and since then we don't have any downtime, and after more then 100 days that was our first reboot.
