Hello I am curious about this AS information's description "Proxy registration for downstream customer", anyone could help me to know what kind of AS as "Proxy registration for downstream customer"? Thank you.

Sometimes the downstream customer doesn't have proper IRR registration (this info may have been taken from an IRR database), so their carrier(s) will register the IRR objects on their behalf (as a proxy).
