And for rest 10% can directly talk to customer executive online immediately And this is the reason providing great customer support. Because when you get busy with your 90% customer answering their common question you are loosing your time and keeping other 10% genuine customer queries on hold. So this is upto a hosting company how they want to utilize their customer support efficiently...

Further, name server issues (such as the way custom name servers operate in the case of resellers) can be cloudy and hard to understand as well so tickets do show up in these cases.
While Knowledge Base entries do cut down, many don't venture into that area and do just submit tickets instead. :-)

hostgator and jodohost have more positive reviews here than any other.Especially hostgator has been around for a while.
The 'others' are relatively new.
