I am developing a few websites for the german market and would like to find a quality webhost. The ideal for me would be to have multiple IP addresses for individual sites (3 would be enough for now) but also the ability to expand as needed and potentially to move into a dedicated environment in the future.
While I can speak some german, finding a host that supports english would be very helpful.
Note: I would also be willing to consider a high quality shared host if there were an equivalent to companies such as site5.com.

You can also check www.keyweb.de for a multi-domain hosting packages, but I'm not sure that they have an option for reselling web-hosting. For just three domains, you may consider www.hoststar.ch, their servers are in Germany (@Hetzner).
Others to be considered:
Netbuild.net, DomainFactory.de, WebhostOne.de, All-inkl.com, etc. Don't forget to ask for English support.

My lack of german is becoming a bit of a problem.

Cost is not my main concern here, I'm most interested in experience, reputation, and of course quality.
