You could virtually find bad reviews about any company when you search around. No company is perfect. Try the host quote feature and/or visit whreviews.com for some good rated hosts that could potentially provide what site5 offers.

I have been with them for over a year, and it is still the best uptime and service I had... Ok the customer service response are sometimes a bit slower than before or not as goo, but I still bought them a second account yesterday. Hopefully, I will not be disapointed... Bests, Ludo

Site5 all and all is a pretty good company. It's not a kiddie host, at least. A big competitor of Site5 is HostGator(.com). You may want to check them out if you're looking for a budget reseller. Best thing to do is watch the reseller forum here and investigate some of the companies and/or check out WHReviews.com. You're bound to find someone you like.

Hmm strange, I've found that Site5 is better known here for their excellent service. Any bad reviews you read were most likely the result of a few lost cases out of the thousands upon thousands of clients they serve. How many positive reviews did you find?
