Clearance Rack / Caret Networks having problems?

Clearance Rack / Caret Networks having problems? I've got a host with Caret Networks that is unavailable. I see that their website is having a problem too. Is it just my ISP or are they down? __________________Need Java help? Want to help people who do? Sit down with a cup of Java at the hotjoe forums.

And now it's back. Might have just been a network burp. __________________Need Java help? Want to help people who do? Sit down with a cup of Java at the hotjoe forums.

Greetings, In future it would be useful if you include a traceroute so we can determine if it is an issue on your end or your providers end. Antony

Most likely just your ISP. Our 60-second monitoring did not catch any downtime on any of the nodes. __________________Bob @ SmoothVPSwww.SmoothVPS.com - Providing A Smooth Experience Since March 2008CANADIAN Based Virtual Private Servers, and Dedicated ServersNow With: Windows Server 2003 VPS Hosting!

I didn't' receive any notice at all from Pingdom with a 60 second interval. __________________ IP Address Manager for WHMCS - http://github.com/adam12/whmcs-ipman

This early AM was the first of the server move. They notified all clients of this over a week ago, and than individually as well after that. Looks like it was fine, I was notified of one node going down a little after 4am, and it was up at 5:28 with no problems __________________Bob @ SmoothVPSwww.SmoothVPS.com - Providing A Smooth Experience Since March 2008CANADIAN Based Virtual Private Servers, and Dedicated ServersNow With: Windows Server 2003 VPS Hosting!

Greetings, You mentioned server move, where are they moving servers to? I haven't heard anything about this. Antony

Pingdom got me out of bed at 3:15 initially, and it looks like I was close to you for being back online, around 5:30. __________________ IP Address Manager for WHMCS - http://github.com/adam12/whmcs-ipman

But the new datacenter facility is complete, and they are moving all existing servers into there. (It's a newly built addon to the current facility) __________________Bob @ SmoothVPSwww.SmoothVPS.com - Providing A Smooth Experience Since March 2008CANADIAN Based Virtual Private Servers, and Dedicated ServersNow With: Windows Server 2003 VPS Hosting!
