Clearance Rack / Caret Networks having problems?
I've got a host with Caret Networks that is unavailable. I see that their website is having a problem too. Is it just my ISP or are they down?

In future it would be useful if you include a traceroute so we can determine if it is an issue on your end or your providers end.

Most likely just your ISP. Our 60-second monitoring did not catch any downtime on any of the nodes.

Agreed. I didn't' receive any notice at all from Pingdom with a 60 second interval.

Started at 3am. Looks like it was a bit of network maintenance. Got me out of bed 10 times tho

This early AM was the first of the server move. They notified all clients of this over a week ago, and than individually as well after that.
Looks like it was fine, I was notified of one node going down a little after 4am, and it was up at 5:28 with no problems

You mentioned server move, where are they moving servers to? I haven't heard anything about this.

I received that email and it must of slipped my mind.
Pingdom got me out of bed at 3:15 initially, and it looks like I was close to you for being back online, around 5:30.

Not sure if you're a client then. But the new datacenter facility is complete, and they are moving all existing servers into there. (It's a newly built addon to the current facility)
