this is right but my server become unreachable when the cached memory reach the RAM limits ...
so, i try every 10 min to success in SSH , then I clear the RAM chach manually
advise ?

Try to find which all process are using more resources using "top" command. Then try stopping the process with high resource usage. Then check the memory. Then you will be able to find which one is causing the load.
