HostMiracle.com | Unplanned Downtime Hello everyone, Some of you may have noticed our site and billing system being down. The server hosting these, had an unknown problem and stopped working, as well as cPanel. Our provider believes it is a cPanel problem. As of now, we are taking the backups out from an external backup server and will be deploying a new temporary server to put our site online asap. This problem is out of our hands, and thanks to our backup software we will be online in less than a few hours. All services are online at the moment, excluding live chat, support and billing system. If you'd like to contact us, please send any questions or comments to my gmail account: joseraul27@gmail.com We apologize for the inconvenience. Last edited by hostmiracle : 12-15-2008 at 11:11 PM.

So, your main site is hosted with other client's sites? __________________JoneSolutions.com - Your Number One Choice On The Net - since 2001US/EU Fully Managed CPanel Servers * Server Management * Shared/Reseller Hosting --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------"The Key To A Safe Future Is Not In Business or Social Prosperity - It Is In Righteous Living"

We've already emailed everyone it'd be stupid if we didn't We have several servers. Our site is hosted in a VPS node in which we have our own VPS, but yes, there are some clients there too.

Contents of the last email we sent. Everything should be back online as of now! ---------------------------------------------------------------- Today at approximately 6PM EST, our main site went down along with 3 or 4 client sites. We noticed right away and called our DC which told us it could've been a cPanel issue, everything was down. We deployed a temporary server, and thanks to our backup software, we were able to restore a backup from early this morning. As of now, all the accounts should be online, nameservers have also been updated and clients does not need to change anything at their end. This is the largest downtime we've had, but due to the fact that we take backups everyday, we didn't lose anything. We'd like to thank everyone for their patience and we can assure you that if this happens again, we will always have a backup on our hands.
