Reseller that offer free support to end user

This is very interesting.
I would like to know if you know other host that offer same service, anonymous or not.

VarHosting.com - They offer outsourced support, but from first hand experiences, they're terrible.

Just so you know some of the hosts might charge extra for giving support to your clients. Just a warning.

webbist101, we did have problems and I'm sorry your experience was as horrible as it was.
