I myself have not heard nything about these companies. I would suggest to you that you do a search for each companies name in these forums and see what you come up with. If you come up with nothing that is not necessarly a bad thing. Very often individuals having problems with web hosts will post thier experiance here. If that does not suit your needs you might want to consider doing a goole search on the companies names and seeing what you come up with.

I haven't heard of either - looks like their live chat is offline on both websites although they do advertise 24/7 support. What kind of pre-sales response times did you get when you contacted them? Happy Holidays! Roj

24/7 support does not necessarily have to include live chat.

Very true I don't think this breaks anything, but if it does sorry. If you would have clicked the Read More next too the livechat you would have notice our support hours and other stuff...

No but why advertise live support 24/7 if someones not going to be logged into take chats 24/7

I hope this was not intended for us… Our site says nothing about livechat 24-7

thank u for your replies. hope someone has some experience with any of the above hosts. i am based in europe and i get less than 8 hops with them and great pings. any alternatives would be welcomed (pease note i am not interested in reseller providers using Planet or Savvis) and preferably should based in US East coast (and using nac, gnax etc) or being europe based. what i am looking for, about them is at least 3-4 gigs of space >40 gigs of BW Cpanel or Plesk less than $17/month 99,9 uptime thanks again

Well, I haven't heard of those hosts and if I were you, I wouldn't touch them with a 10 feet pole. I sugest that you raise your budget to $25 and go with someone reputable like HostGator.

HG uses ThePlanet, which apparently doesn't fit the OP's requirements.

24/7 is sometimes abused by meanings it's 24/7 during business times. So you'll always get support when they're online.
