BURST down again?
For the past 15 minutes my site is down. Still responding to ping but that's all

Sounds like an issue with your server, not with Burst.

Their support site is also down from here. May be a routing problem from my location?

For 15 minutes and it was only your site not your whole server?
Was it really necessary to start another "Burst down again" thread?
Im just saying if it was me i would have done some more checking first before i posted or waited at least half an hour before i asked the rest of the community. That's just what i think

The problem is: Their support site is also down from here. Now it happen again, been on and off for the past hour. Routing problem?

I can access their site fine including their support portal.

It would probably be worth your time to sign up for a monitoring service, such as pingdom or monitis. In fact pingdom.com has a free thirty day trial which has multiple test locations. (and if you sign up for a free trial you can upgrade at 70% off)

I agree. People seem to jump the gun too often when it comes to Burst.
A monitoring service would do well for the majority of people.
BTW, the burst site and portal load fine for me as well.
