I got an email notifying me that my paypal subscription payment did not go through. No big deal, I thought, I'll transfer some funds into my paypal account and send it right in.
NOPE. My reseller account, including all of the domains hosted there, were deleted. No email, no phone call, NOTHING. Luckily, I had access to the backup server, and restored everything on my VPS.
Another issue I had with them was frequent downtime, there always seemed to be something wrong with the server, I don't know if they have too many accounts on each server or what, but I frequently had customers IMing or calling me to let me know that my site was down. And most of the time, the Admin was idle on AIM and could not be reached.
It's too bad too, I had many praises for them about a year ago in March when I first started with them, but even then, if you see my post, they were down then too :-(
