I wanted to publicly compliment cartikahosting for providing excellent support. They took the time to explain a lot of newbie questions about things in general. I'm sure that the 20 minutes they took with me will both improve my knowledge and my customer service. The one thing I really apperciate is that Andrew took the time to make sure my account was setup correctly to help me avoid spammers. And all along the way he explained everything he did its purpose.
