Doesn't work for subdomains (i.e. whm.server.com) but I do believe they will give you one for server.com, etc.

If $25/year is too much to consider, then maybe you should consider using a reseller account to host websites.

but comodo positiveSSL is very cheap. $10/y not a big deal (or even lower if you buying domain from namecheap)
startssl free only for personal/organization site. isn't it?
