I'm begging you Reseller-Center...

to please help me. The credit card we had on file expired. I was going to update it and then the email server being down took my attention. My account was suspended yesterday. I immediately paid $25 through your Make a Payment page since I no longer had access to the control panels. When I wasn't reinstated I've sent emails through your contact forms, I've sent emails from other accounts and I've called and left a detailed message. All with no communication back to you. In the meantime I've made arrangements to move to another host. However on our most important domain we've lost our Godaddy login information and stupidly the email account attached to that domain is on that domain. But I don't have access to that domain's email anymore because I was suspended. Therefore I can't log into Godaddy and change the nameservers or get them to send us the information to log in. I haven't been happy but I haven't condoned people moving to other hosts or been nasty in my remarks. I don't know why you won't respond to me. I'm begging you to please reactivate my account, since I paid, so that I can at least get our most important domain transferred elsewhere. Then I'll be out of your hair. I'm begging because I'm going to lose my job over this if I can't figure this out. I realize that letting it get suspended due to the expired CC was our fault. I've tried everything possible to fix it. Please help me. I'm sincerely pleading to your humanity. The service domain was ReadyGuides.com.

Man that sucks.. I wish you luck.. I don't think they have really replied to any posts here in a few days. Not sure WHT will be able to help. But you might be able to call godaddy to change your contact info.

Thanks for the reply. We can fax proof of identity to Godaddy (passport, etc.) to change the email account on file but 2 problems: 1. It can take up to 5 business days for them to act. 2. The "boss" who's email account it is and who would have to provide the proof of identity is out of town this week and going out of the country in a couple days. So he can't exactly tie up his passport, etc. right now. If he were here this week it would be different. And yes I know they probably won't respond. I'm at a total loss as to what to do or how to do it. The kicker is we just had a bunch of brochures printed for an upcoming event that directs to the website for more information. Now the main business site has a nice "suspended" sign on it. I know this is my fault. I've tried to fix it and don't know how. I paid and can't get an answer. Totally desparate and lost.

PM me with your information and I will email them for you. They have responded quickly to my requests and a few others I know of over the last couple of days. Also, include the text you want me to pass along.
