I can't access their site too. The HV staff are here so maybe they can comment this. Our server rebooted minimum 2 times in the last 30 minutes~. When its online the connection is not stable. I must say in the past 2-3 weeks problems have been recurring and increasing with the service.

No, most likely power issue

Please be sure to contact your account manager or billing for SLA credits. We have also moved some load from the recently repaired UPS/PDU to another UPS , so this incident should be a much more isolated incident. __________________Dedicated Servers - sales@hivelocity.net - 1-888-869-HOST(4678)Viva Hivelocity "THE SERVER STUD" - Award Winning Hosting Managed Dedicated Servers. Ridiculous It was power down again for the second time in 24 hours. Ridiculous! Get your acts together or your customers will move to a better provider. __________________123finder.com - Browse/search 4-char domains or dictionary domains

Sagonet had the same problem, Hivelocity is using their facilities as far as I understand. Totally unacceptable service, I am looking for alternatives for us and our clients now. First time, ok. Second time, clearly a pointer to an inability to resolve the issue. Third time, unacceptable. __________________ printf("Hello World");

did anyone else have a outage this morning at 5am EST (12/13)? I got a uptime notice and server is still not back online ... just flagged a ticket 30 minutes ago but they've been very slow to respond to it.

I'm out this morning as well. My server was completely offline when I woke up. This company was so good for the longest time, but recently they've had at least 2 power outages that have affected me, plus a major DDOS attack.
