Email Download problem on Client Machines

"There was a problem logging onto your mail server. Your Password was rejected. Account: 'mail.hrdn.net', Server: 'mail.hrdn.net', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR Mailbox is locked by process 26047. Another mail client is using this mailbox. Please try again in a few minutes.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"
i am unable to understand where does the problem stands...on hosting provider side, on my ISP side
plz help me out

'-ERR Mailbox is locked by process 26047. Another mail client is using this mailbox. Please try again in a few minutes.'
Or possibly there is a server process running creating a file-lock that is making it say that, it might be something as simple as a server reboot to fix, or it could be more complex.
I would send a ticket to your host and ask them to look into this, as they are the ones that will need to reboot/check the server and the processes running.

might be a server lock file error, server reboot may be solve this error
