Versaweb Packet Loss, No Support?
Versaweb customers do you see the packet loss too?
Versaweb has between 4 and 11 percent packet loss on their network (starts at their router/switch). I opened a ticket on November 25, 2008 the last response was December 3 essentially stating they don't know what the problem is. I have submitted several stats and requests for updates with no response. Check for yourself, yours sites and servers deserve better!

Ticket has been opened 17 days, and 1 week and 2 days since the last reponse... but one just came through. I guess it took posting the problem here?

Hello Vytas,
We are about 95% sure we have located the source of the packet loss, but fixing the problem will require taking down a large number of servers so we are working to schedule a maintenance window. I'll let you know when that work is scheduled.
