Password problem

We returned backup for account from r1soft and now user cannot enter mails cos his passwords are not accepted.
Do you have info where passwords permisions or something like that is edited?

managed to solve that..it was perrmision problem beetwen Cpanel and R1SOFT
Any idea where are users MySQL users not bases in Cpanel folders?
