For my needs, ResellerZoom has been great. Haven't experienced any downtime but I believe their regular uptime is 99.8+% . Their servers are great. Support is awesome, they usually reply within 15 minutes and their support chat is available 24/7. They truly are a professional company, you should read the great reviews here on WHT. For being a budget company they are the best you can get IMO. HostingZoom is basically the same, only their servers are less packed and they offer extras such as autoexec billing system, private dns (on resellerzoom you have to pay extra),etc....... To be honest, if you are just starting your business or have low traffic sites that you need to host , go with RZ, if you need to host high traffic sites go for HZ. You cant go wrong eith either

ResellerZoom / HostingZoom get a lot of nice reviews here at WHT. I think they would be a good choice. GSV

I am aware of that. HostingZOOM & ResellerZOOM are the same company so I just listed both. I was not referring to HostingLite. -GSV

HostingLite has many positive reviews on WHT as well. Both companys can technically provide you what you are looking for. Its yours choice. They are both great companies and I don't think you will be disappointed with either.

Motivated by the many positive comments on Resellerzoom, I signed up for an account with them on 2JUL. Got an auto-acknowledgment instantly, and then...nothing! More than 48 hours later, I still don't have the account login information or anything beyond the initial auto-acknowledgment. Messages to their customer service address were greeted with another autoresponder indicating their hours to be Now, I don't know about you, but I consider these hours to be quite inadquate and the long delay in setting up the account (even considering it is a holiday weekend in the US) to be unacceptable. So much for Resellerzoom's superfast response time reputation. As regards Hostinglite, here are a couple of extracts from their answer to my pre-sales questions: You can draw your own conclusions from that!

Your account signup was made over the weekend and noted in the confirmation email that there may be a delay since we "normally" do not setup accounts on the weekends. Customer service also does not open over the weekend as noted in the autoresponse. Though we "normally" don't respond to CS tickets or setup accounts over the weekend, we usually do anyway. However being Independance day weekend we didn't work as we usually do. I would just like to note that customer service hours of operation are not the same as technical support which is available 24/7 and thus response times aren't as fast.

I'm hosting at HostinZoom, too. This is my third host. I did wait a little bit with opening my account, too. As I heard they are waiting to be 100% with billing to be OK. It's OK for me, so it prevents fraud, and they won't gone DOWN because of this. Now i'm with them second months and it's great. Fast servers, FTP, after the server move no downloads,... Try them.

Just search this forum and you will find lots of good and some bad reviews, WHT is a great resource for questions such as this.

Dont worry man, after dealing with sales to get all your billing and confirmation stuff sorted out, you will mostly be dealing with tech support if there is any prb, they will be online 24/7 . I am a happy customer at HZ for many months now . Havent got time to give them some credit in WHT or write a review for them . Joshua
