Can confirm that...has been down about 15 minutes for me so far...and no announcement in their customer portal.

Yes, DownForEveryOneOrJustMe.com and Host-Tracker.com is also showing them down from most of the locations in the world (but I see it is up from certain areas).
Have you tried contacting them through any of their support channel?

Looks like everything in the kansas dc is down, which includes all the companies that rack their servers there, such as virpus, etc etc
Called the number..went straight to answering machine and then it said the machine was full with messages .. opened a support ticket ... emailed aaron .. no response from any of them. Is anyone alive from this company?

Didn't bounce back to my gmail but I guess that's because their mail server is on a different server, somewhere else perhaps...

Came back up for about 30 seconds, then died again. I'm still unable to connect to my site, and also WSI's site.
[edit] Seems it was down for almost exactly an hour, then back momentarily, then back down again almost instantly.
Are you guys still able to hit your sites? Everything I've tried on the network there is still down

According to my traffic graphs the downtime was exactly 55 minutes, down to the second, bit spooky.
