WHM/cPanel how to redirect all suspended and 404 not found to my site?

HostGator replaced their 404 error page with an ad. I want to do something like that. I am on a dedicated server with cPanel. Want to redirect all of the following type of traffic to mysite.com - 404 Not Found - Suspended Site

Copy the error pages to the cpanel skel directory and that files will be copied over to the accounts folders each time an account is created. For the existing customers you may do it using a simple script which copies the custom error pages to their folders.

Do you have such a custom script available?
