Outdated CSF not current with cPanel?

But cPanel/WHM latest version (now also uses tabs) does not have options such as "permit cpanel/whm/webmail to execute functions when the browser provided referrer" in Tweak Settings.
Since it is no longer found in Tweak Settings, where can I find "permit cpanel/whm/webmail to execute functions when the browser provided referrer"?
Is CSF not aware that the Tweak Settings has changed in WHM?
