EDIT: Just kidding.... They shut off my server because my server's IPs are assigned to someone else, who didn't pay their bill.

20 minutes, but it doesn't matter. It's not the first time things have happened. You guys went down 2 weeks ago too. Things have been stable for a while, and then all of a sudden. Not sure what changed within your company.

Once again, I am sorry for the mix-up today. As far as the downtime 2 weeks ago, this was covered in another thread, there was a malfunction with a power management module in the data center. We have since had an MGE specialist out to correct the issue. Nothing has changed within our company. We have actually added network redundancy over the last few months. Shoot me an email directly so I can discuss compensation for today's downtime.
