hypervm password error

A problem when you change password hypervm Notice : The resource you have requested doesn't exist. The server returned the error message:
could_not_change_admin_pass ERROR 1290 (HY000) at line 1: The MySQL server is running with the --skip-grant-tables option so it cannot execute this statement
