After 1 year and 4 months with them, I've never been disappointed with the services given to me, the excellent uptime and most importantly customer's support. The amount I spend money on them is seriously worth it.
Support & Quick Response
Laurence, one of the owner and admin at resellernexus has helped me a lot, from upgrading to fixing little tiny problem.
The first time I am with them, he helped me with configuring all my main sites and within a few days my sites are all up with no problem at all.
Customer care is brilliantly, they have been supportive and friendly from the beginning that Im with them until now.
Stable & Reliable
For 1 year plus with them, there is only one major downtime due to migrating data center which been notified earlier to us you can check the thread at http://www.nexusportal.net/showthread.php?threadid=7153
The rest of it? It has been running 99.99% uptime all the time
Final thought
I know that there are a lot of cheap web site but look at the bright side, if its cheap usually the amount of support and customer care is not up to par.
I admitted this is a very short review, simply because I have nothing to complain with their excellent hosting services. To me, ResellerNexus is considered one of the best web hosting company which should've been levelled with other high reputations web hosts. I am definitely and assured not to seek any other web hosts and going to continue with them for a lot of years to come. I pray for every success they made.

Uptime has also never been a problem - never had one complaint of down time. [I only host a handful of clients on it though as well]
I my only wish is that they would offer slightly better pricing - or perhaps allow you unlimited domains on the smaller packages.
[But I guess that one could always argue that you cant get everything you want]

I was just wondering, with their domain reseller account. Is there a monthly minimum, or a minimum credit you have to put in. Ive seen at every place ive looked, that they say they are free reseller accounts, but you first must deposit $100 or something. Is there actually free ones? I cant find mention to this on Nexus's you see.

cheezyal, you are right on the $100 deposit at Enom. We provide the Enom accounts for free but in order to purchase domains you need to have funds available. Their PDQ product is the one that we recommend (and use) because it automates everything and then you simply keep the profit of each domain sale.
We started off as $8.95 Enom ETPs (Enom Technology Partnet) 4 years ago and it cost $495 for the privilege. Admittedly we now get a nice lower rate but getting access to Enom's reseller tools at a $8.95 rate for free is a great deal. Choose your ETP like you choose you host - carefully!!
