Your friend wasn't on our server as ns5.jump-server.net does not belong to us. Additionally, you said the only problem you found was the mail server however, you said you don't have that problem?

That just doesn't make any sense. Are you using them or not? If you are, submit a ticket to their support if you are having problems. If not, please do not post other people opinions on this forum - it is against rules.

We have over one thousand RZ clients to date so you can imagine there will be people with problems. Nobody is perfect but we take care of our problems. If you don't have the problem, there is no reason to complain. You should make sure you have the correct information before you post as "probably" doesn't cut it especially when you directly mention the actual company name. The server name you mentioned earlier does not belong to us so obviously your friend have the wrong company in mind. In regards to us saying the server is down, if it's currently down and you ask then yes we are going to tell you the server is down. 99% of all providers will have servers go down for one reason or another but as I mentioned in other threads, our RZ brand have an avg of 99.8% uptime monthly between all servers combined. If you want specifics on your server, you can ask and we'll be happy to tell you. Since "THAT" server does not belong to us, I couldn't tell you what's wrong with it. You can try contacting the provider who owns that server and ask them and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to answer it for you.
