I think you'll find your needs easily met by many of the web hosts who frequent these forums.
Once you've narrowed down your selection, I recommend researching them a bit further. Do a "who is" lookup on their domains to try to get a feel for how long they've been in business (at least under that domain name).

They are always super nice when I nag them with my newb questions.

Knowing which Hoster met your criteria and which didn't, will save a lot of time in the future. Sorting the 'wheat from the chaff' can be tedious but the results are gold.

I have been hosted with sonataweb for more than five months, am really happy with my selection.
