WHM RESELLER - or reselling reseller accounts - WHY/WHO/HOW?

Im looking for the possiblity of reselling reseller accounts. All i found till now is 1ahosting, mkoh hosting service.
Where can i find some good offers? I tried searching the offer forums but didnt really help me... lots of results and really few (2) with WHM resell rights.
Right now im working with VarHosting. They are GREAT. Great plans, great support, but not whm reseller rights... So.. if you wanna reseller cpanel accounts... varhosting is the way.. else... you show me a whm accounts resell reseller hoster

What I would do if your looking to sell reseller accounts is get a dedicated server or vps solution.

It boils down to server management not if you allow resellers,overselling,addon domains, ect.
