MCGOOHQ, HOSTNETWORKS or other Aussie reseller host?

I want either cPanel or DirectAdmin and want reliability.
I've heard a number of good things about both MCGOOHQ and also HOSTNETWORKS, but would be interested in feedback (either positive or negative) to help me make my decision.

They may have been good once upon a time but their recent service levels have most definitely let them down.
I have spoken with people who have hosted with them and read a number of messages lately all of which raise issues about their service levels and professionalism.

On the other hand I have heard very good things about both MCGOOHQ and HOSTNETWORKS, but wanted to get some other opinions, as I couldn't find much information about them on this forum.
I should also add that I've heard good things about MYACEN too, but it seems they are no longer offering Australian based servers for resellers, just for normal hosting.
