My experience was good when Sr. Robert Saylor were owner.
but now..
7 days, a lots problems...
actually 15 hours, SUPER SERVER is DOWN!
everytime when i send TT .. only anwser me. "in few minutes all ok"
15 hours its a few minutes?
Robert why sell http://www.turnkeyresellers.com ? .. you are a nice guy..

1. You are on a server (7) that we discovered to have a failing hard drive.
2. The super server was setup to quick to move server 7 customers. Under normal conditions, the build problems on super server would have been internal only as it is a process learning stage being the first server we brough up from scratch.
I understand your frustration and the right thing would probally just get another server then move it to super server. However, I felt pretty good we could have bypassed that but again this is just taking more time then anticipated.
Right now, the super server should be ready to start moving people again. The main issue with the last attempt was named and being we elected RHEL 4 ES it is a lot different from other servers I have used. That has been identified and fixed. So with any luck, the site transfers should start again today and things will be back to normal tomorrow.
