Hi Naiton - we're doing a whole bunch of account transfers. Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you and it seems like most of them have been completed. Also, we've gotten ClientExec installed for you as well. Private name servers we'll have done shortly. Roj

many times there are more bumps right at the very beginning of your experience with a host. DNS propagation, setup, transfer of accounts, etc. This is common. The best bet, though, when clients are involved is to ALWAYS work in some overlap when going from one provider to another to allow for a smooth transfer no matter what happens on the new provider's end. It is in your best interest to do so, and best for your clients!

Yeah I agree with buscemi. Most of the bumps come when first switching to a new web host. After the first few days, everything starts to work out. I have been with VARhosting for little over 3 months now and haven't had any major problems. The problems I have had were solved fairly quick via live support or help desk. While I know that 3 months isn't really a long enough time to get a true feel for how a host does business, I believe that so far I made a good choice switching to VARhosting.
