How can i fix this Error Logs errors?

can anyone help me fix this errors, i find them on the apache error logs.

Looks like an automated bot scanning your server for vulnerabilities. I wouldn't worry about it, it's more of a nuisance than anything else, just make sure your server is up to date from the latest security threats and you should be OK. . .

Yes, looks like a bot. Block that IP's as well.

Sure. However, keep in mind there could be hundreds if not thousands of these connections a day from different IP addresses. There's really no need to block them all, it's more of a nuisance than anything else.
