Best Reseller Host

Posted by olajideolaolorun, 01-07-2005, 02:05 PM
I have looked and found 3 best with cheap costs: 1datacenter . com/ proezhost . com/ ace-host . net I need to know if anyone knows which is better or which of the ones listed are not good. Thanks

Ace-Host has many reviews that you can find using the Search Feature. A friend of mine was screwed by Ace-Host aswell. I noticed that you mentioned these hosts have cheap costs. Therefore, I looked at the hosts offerings and found them to be un-ethical. Do not just look for the price.

Yeah, those sites are cool but for reseller id go with http://warp-factor.net/index.php?id=hosting/resell starts at 5$ bucks but it gives you more stuff then ace host.

I have just a few words to say... $9.17 for 40GB space is rediculous! If asked to summerize in 1 word = OVERSELLING Most everyone in your list there is either Overselling or they are just purely wanting business and saying goodbye soon. (not for AceHost) Host with them if you like... I'd be VERY VERY VERY careful if I were you.

So less than a day with them?

Posted by RockyX, 01-08-2005, 09:34 AM
no i just got this domain with them, ive been with them for about 5 months now

Oh really? In what capacity? If you want to recomend someone, at least make it a more feasible review. It also appears this domain was a rush job to give you a URL to add. Last edited by anon-e-mouse; 01-08-2005 at 10:42 AM.

They are my current host, and I would recommend them, although they are not in the cheap side of town, their service is simply great, and are almost always online (MSN and Yahoo), am currently paying $24.95/mth for 5GB space, almost no downtime, and the times there has been any down time, we were notified beforehand so we could notify our customers, they offer clientexec and share their help desk with you, so your own customers use the same help desk to contact you, just as you contact them. They're really good, I'm happy with them now after being screwed by turnkeyresellers.com Good luck!

I would advise that you pay the extra money to get a quality and reliable service, from someone who is likely to be in business in the next 6 months. All too often I find myself saying this because all too often it happens, some el cheapo provider becomes the flavour of the month on WHT with stupidly low pricing then they go under a few months down the line leaving clients high and dry. I understand we all have to start somewhere but would strongly advise you choose a proven and reliable performer.

Ditto. This especially applies when going for a reseller account, as it is not only your hosting account that would be at risk, but also your business, its reputation and your clients.

You can ask yourself what you prefer, low price or quality. Low price doesn't always mean quality.

This is my first post - so I must say hello to everybody and wish You a Happy new Year! I like to mention my reseller host provider in this thread: whthost dot com I've been their customer (only for one month) and this far everything has went fast & excellent. Price/service/quality is ok. I had the smallest plan 4G/40G -9,95/month (99,50/yr) all (panels etc) included and all unlimited. I think site uptime, monitored by siteuptime, is good/ok: baltco dot com (testpage) I also like company to be transparent, meaning that I know with who I am communicating. Whthost is lead by Michael Birrane, Mr. Olivares takes care of support thing. I'm not a hosting reseller myself, just offering this service for good customers, organisations and friends. Profession is design, content&marketing - both web and print medias. All good for You and greetings from north!

hmmm.. they look good and professional..... i also like to know who is in charge just in case of anything.... you know...

Cheap is cheap I do not want to be the bad guy but someone needs to say this: Their web sites (all the 3) do not show professionalism, but someone underage that had some extra time to try a WYSIWYG editor. Search WHT, there are tons of hosts here... I am sure you will find the perfect for your needs. But as was said, beware of the el cheappos.

hmm.. this is true but i can rule out the ace-host because it seems people know them and they are good but for the 1DataCenter... well i wish i know someone who is bing hosted by them...
