Reseller6 - uptime,Support,etc-

I am wondering what their uptime is?
What is your overall rating of them?
I know they are a datacities company and they offer low costs.
I have also read ther support inst that great.
But looking for your experience with them.
By the way I asked them a few presales questions and they answered back within minutes. But a support question could be different...

Pay alittle more and get more reliable uptime and support.

I have had my share of problems with web stuff as I am new to it and the support I have needed in this time I should have had a dollar for every support ticket i submitted when i didnt know how to do something, or when i messed something up.

I dont hide my hosting company by changing the name servers and tell my clients to point to those name servers that they use.
I have not had the problems others here have with them on the contrary I would say that they have been more than I could have asked for. They reply to my support tickets in a timely manner. What is a timely manner to me might not be to you. Most recently I also trouble with the paypal subscription thingy and Mike Cruz not only help and fixed the issue I spoke to him in the live chat support that the Lpanel offers on the datacities side.. as we as clients have it as well as resellers have it with thier clients. I dont think i would have been able to do this without the assistance of the lpanel.
On the last of the accounts i was unable to get lpanel installed and asked for assitance with a support ticket and I think it was about 20 mins and the lpanel was up and working,,
I do not resell to make a profit i simply to it to pass on the savings to others in the gamming community that I am in.
I have had little if any complaints in my lpanels from my clients which would also be clients of datacities.com and reseller6.com.
They did have some troubles at the begining of 2004 and recently one of the servers went down but they had another back up and running in i want to say less the 12 hours.
I will continue to promote and resell for datacities.com and reseller6.com.
If you would like I would be happy to pm you details on the support tickets and times in the replies.
