Optimize lighttpd for video site

I have a special site for video
Server runs by lighttpd-1.4.18
Server Information :
12 gb ram
pross : intel I7
Hard Drive 1 : 1500 mb
Hard Drive 2 : 1500 mb
Hard Drive 3 : 1500 mb
Hard Drive 4 : 750 mb
network port : 1 gb
Video files on the server over an area of : 300 mb
my optimizations.conf
But I'm having a problem : 500 - Internal Server Error
Ousbanda problem almost every hour or two
And especially at peak times
