Help httpd won't restart

Here is what is in top command
Here is the error I get when I try to restart httpd
Any help would be appreciated.

I tried rebuilding apache and I got an error.

Why don't you open a ticket? You will get the problem solved a lot faster.
You should know that cPanel keeps backups of previous working apache.
As for updates, if upcp is in crontab now you know what (maybe) caused the problem.
