Webreseller cancellation policy
Posted by bobchmara, 12-18-2004, 04:13 PM | On 10/28/04, in thread 336063 titled "Webreseller.net just screwed up my day .... again!", webseller stated "our 30 day notice policy is being eliminated effective 12/01/2004 and all notices in the future will be instant..."
Today is 12/18/04, and both Webreseller's SLA and cancellation web page state that the 30 day notice is required.
SLA: www.webreseller.net/sla.htm
Cancellation form: www.webreseller.net/cancel.htm
So, webseller, has it changed? Or not?
Bob Chmara
Very dissatisfied webreseller.net customer.

To answer your question, no I didn't ask them. I cancelled the account and stated that I would like the cancellation to be immediate, per the comment made by webseller.

Join the club. There's quite a few of us around. We've used many US providers, and fortunately nobody else has ever proved to be so problematic and dishonest.
