Website Payments Standard (Hong Kong) for WHMCS

Has anyone tried using Paypal Hong Kong's Website Payments Standard to process credit card payments in WHMCS? The default Website Payments Pro gateway doesn't work and I was wondering if there are other solutions. I tried contacting WHMCS but their staff John kept saying "ask Paypal" but I think this is a problem with not having the correct gateway. If anyone can point the way for this I'd be most grateful. Thank you in advance.
