What are you all charging for IPs? My host charges me $3, what should I mark it up?

What do you mean, Intensified? If you are referring to the price of which you should resell the $3 Ip address, then you should basically add on the amount of profit that you want to make and think that people are willing to pay in today competitive market.

Some companies charge $2.5 per IP/mo.

I have seen some at $1 a month. This is because somtimes hosts get say 10 IP's for $10 a month off the datacentre they host with and then make money from the actual hosting account but don't make any off selling the actual IP's. It's the best way in my opinion as it keeps prices low for the resellers who want to inturn keep their prices low for their clients
