iwhic.com's freedom server is down. I am unable to access sites. I contacted them but no reply as of yet. It's down since last one and a half hours

It looks like I should had read more about IwhiC before I go with them...
They are down most of the time, and their support is very bad. Very delayed replies, and sometimes no reply at all (but they close the tickets)

Website goes up and down constantly. Checked the server status and it says it's down. Yet when it comes back up. it says it's been up for 9 days? Ya right.

I've just checked the Server status of "patriotic" server (that's the one that have been down for about 12 hours since yesterday) and it says it's up for 2 Days !!!
That's not true.
...and I still had no answer to any of my 4 support tickets.
No "Sorry about that", no nothing.

Sorry for the late reply.
But yes as stated to all clients Aimee and I had a family emergency to attend and left a company in charge to handle our support desk, servers and they did nothing for 4 days.
When we returned we had over 250 tickets and found out 2 of our 15 servers had been down for a few hours.
We have worked non stop to clear these tickets and work with the issues that are left.
Tickets have been answered.
Just not as fast as any one would have liked.

That server was not effected and is up.
If your having issue viewing your site and accounts 90% Chance says your IP is banned at our firewall and you need to have it un banned.
ALL of our servers are up and running and have been sense I got home 3days ago.
Please open a support ticket with your issue and it will be resolved.
We are moving accounts and the tar ball creation of moving accounts does cause a server load depending on how large the account is.
We have tried to not do all account moves at once to keep the server load down

I'm not your client anymore.
I've moved to a reliable service, where I never waited more than 58 seconds to get an answer for support (that's true). You are far from beat that.
I think I was not the only one affected by "patriotic" server being down.
In the last couple of hours when I was finishing the move to the new hosting company, it started working again. I don't think I had all my 3 sites blacklisted (one of them only with one "Under Construction" page).
I had not a good experience with iWhic.
You have a long run to improve your service.
But I wish you good luck with your business.
I will not discuss this any further.
Case closed.
