-newista.com the are using a calculate but I like yours costs
Windows ms-sql

-datapacket.net $19.9 6GB Helm
If you know other option for equal or less price, you writen
which should I contract?

As of now I do not have any personal experience with any of the Host listed on your post.
With my limited knowledge, from your list I will pick Newista and DDIHosting.
Further, I would advice you to scan Reseller Hosting Forum for reviews these Hosts.

I have not heard anything about the companies that you listed, but you might want to check out http://www.jatol.com as we have sent many resellers to them and have only heard good things from them.

I made my list of very reliable hosts, and luckily have some more time to make my decision , so this was only for fun. If I get more of this, I'll put it here - if nothing, good entertainment .

They are all recorded for future solution + all replies become a promise by the service provider .
I dont think the phone support have any benefits but it make the service costs double only.
